Hey guys. I decided to create series of works based on the computer game "Child of Light" from Ubisoft company. I was inspired by this game and started to draw the characters. But now I want to draw some locations from this game. So, you can see the first work of series in my gallery, in folder Watercolor.

  First of all I want to tell you about one great book: "Steal like an artist" by Austin Kleon. I read it recently, but it inspired me as soon as I started reading. I think that the author just genius. He gives good advice that really produce results. I haven't read his other books, but I'll do it in future.
AUSTIN KLEON is a writer who draws.

  The second book that inspired me is "Jane Eyre" by Charlotte Brontë. The novel is set somewhere in the north of England, during the reign of George III (1760–1820), and goes through five distinct stages: Jane's childhood at Gateshead Hall, where she is emotionally and physically abused by her aunt and cousins; her education at Lowood School, where she acquires friends and role models but also suffers privations and oppression; her time as governess at Thornfield Hall, where she falls in love with her Byronic employer, Edward Rochester; her time with the Rivers family, during which her earnest but cold clergyman cousin, St. John Rivers, proposes to her; and the finale with her reunion with, and marriage to, her beloved Rochester.
This novel is full of emotions and experiences. When you read it, you totally immersed in the atmosphere of that time...
